Has anybody else spotted one of these or is it a 1 off....
I think it's a bedford rascal, or similar. Seen it on an industrial park in Holyhead, (anglesey).

thats a subaru sanwa
they're funky little things. a friend bought one for around 7K and it did precicely 7 miles before empying its radiator all over the a338. then after a week in the shop being fixed, it did exactly the same thing again. the garage gave him a full refund.

there is an identical sanwa down portsmouth way that i see from time to time, it was for sale last time i saw it and advertised on ebay so might be the same one.
and yes, it is a horrible little thing!
