need help with plugs under dash by steering wheel

My cluster lights are not working and my power windows and mirrors are also not working.

I just replaced some of the main fusable links above the battery.

My question though is there are 2 plugs by my relay box under the dash by the steering wheel

1 is blue with pink clips
The other is light brown with pink clips

They are not pluged in and I wonder if they are supposed to be pluged in somwhere? Maybe some1 with an 01 1.8T beetle will know.

I just got it back from german auto specialist and now the windows mirrors and cluster dont work.

I think they jacked my CCM center confort control module.

Does anyknow know what that is. I cant find it and I have 2 plugs that arent pluged in.

Im almost sure they took that piece and now my cluster windows trunk relase and mirrors do not operate.

My CCM confort control module is now gone. I just got it back from German Auto Specialist in covina california. I got jacked!
