has anyone got any details on how to replace a drivers side wing mirror - the complete housing not just the mirror? is it an easy diy job or do i get a garage to do it?

I did mine not a difficult job, just be careful with the glass when putting it in.

"when i did mine be careful we pulling the door panel away so you dont break any of the clips like i did"

is the door panel just clipped in? any tips on how to do this?

If i remember correctly the panel slides uptowards the window thn the rest is rubber trims that can be pulled back to release the plastic panel with the screws behind it. I only had to ease the door panel back to reconnect the wires for the mirror. also when putting the mirror in place use the flat of your hand not your finger tips as this can break easily.
