Door trim

Hi Guys.....new member just bought a 98 A4 1.8 4 door auto.
I've searched the web to no avail as yet....and have now lucked into THIS site!
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a supplier for the exterior black plastic lower door trims?
Really grateful for any advice.

Got mine from audi. To take old one off,open door and at hinged end ,there is self tapper holding trim. Remove it and trim slides off.

I think that the price for the lower door trims are very reasonable, something like approx £20-£25 each, the rear ones being the slightly more expensive. These are prices from Audi dealerships.

just put 4 on today i got them for 70 including vat and delivery from addison audi in newcatle, some1 on ebay knocking them out at 80 plus 5pound postage

Hi,

Just replaced one of the rear ones this morning (98, A4 TDi). First I tried the local 'breakers'. They wanted £20 +VAT for a used one. Thought I'd give my local Audi dealer a ring (expecting it to be about the £25 + VAT - it was only £14.74 INCLUDING VAT !!! So, the dealers are not always the most expensive. I'll need to ring the breakers back and let them know :aargh4: :D

I've also got a Merc, and people keep pinching the bonnet badge - the dealer is £5 cheaper for a new one than the breaker is for a second hand one !! It's probably them who are nicking my other ones !!! :D

(Quick search: B5lowertrimkit). Anyone ordered/fitted these?
