Hi guys and gals
I'm new to your forum here so just giving this a try, I run a Garage in Geneva Switzerland consider myself fairly well versed in all the tech and mech stuff but am stumped with an 03 Passat that a client has come to see me with for different issues (most of them known on your forum) climate control, overheating, alarm troubles etc.
Here's my problem : since returning the car the client does not have the dashboard information from the radio, the radio works fine just nothing at all on the dashboard concerning the station, rds etc.
Is there a way I may have inadvertently dissabled this? I have interogated both the radio and the dashboard for errors both negative, I have tried disconnecting the battery for 5 mins (suggested by the VW dealer) but nothing happening.
Any ideas would be welcome.
