My cover has a broken hinge which means that its permanently in the up position. Ive ordered the repair kit from VAG Parts but am wondering if anyone's had experience in fitting the repair kit. Not sure if Im going to need to disconnect the radio at any point (I dont have the radio code) or if I'll even have to drag the Bose system out completely?
