Door Mirror Glass replacement

I've got (or rather I used to have) heated door rear view mirrors.

I'm pretty sure that the only solution is new mirror glass with a working heater element.

Any ideas on whether this can be fitted without stripping down the interior door trim / any good sources of the bits ?
