Any body please help regarding the cars idle speed.
Symptoms as follows.
Will start from cold easily and idle at approx 950rpm
Set off drive normally and when the revs fall at Stop or traffic light etc they sometimes will drop to approx 800 rpm but about 30% of the time they drop further and the engine stops or idles unevenly. This is spoiling a good driving car.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
