Black smoke, please help!

Hey guys,

I have a 98 A4 tdi, and it is just smoking too much under hard acceration, it is a blackish smog/smoke and I am struggling to reduce it.

I have run through some fuel cleaner, reduced the iq, the injection quantity is now at 5.6 mgr from 3.0 before but still smoke although not quite as thick.

The other thing is that the engine feels like it struggles to rev/breathe at times.

Need some input as I got the mot tomorrow and I hoped the hammer mod would sort it but it made no difference even going up to 6.6

Edit: Checked the Inlet Manifold and the egr these seems to be fine.

Is there any vag com readouts that would help you guys to help me?
