Advice please - service due

Hi All, First post. I have a vw 2004 passat tdi highline which has done approx 78000 miles and its service is due. I have been told that the cambelt requires changing and the n/s outer cv boot is split and the o/s is perishing. I have asked Inde Tech of Milton Keynes for a quote. One of my friends told me that a SEAT garage could potentially replace the parts and service my car at a lower cost. Has anyone done this before? Alternatively does anyone know of any VW specialists in the coventry area or who could recommend a garage who could do the service and the work (if i bought the parts for them).
