My 06 passat has a few dents in the front grille. Does anyone know where or how I can purchase a new one. I would prefer one with the VW emblem and no license plate holder.

Just replaced mine, try searching ebay Europe lots to be had from Germany.

Be careful there JTW, I notice you have front parking sensors and having looked at the link provided by Spiceman you may have problems fitting the two middle sensors to that grill.

I'd just double check you can fit your sensors before you buy it and find it won't fit your car.

Hi, Some sites offer them predrilled for the sensors. Send them a mail theyreplied to me quickly, took 20 minutes to fit, dead easy.

Had a look this morning - my sensors are either side of the grill.....

I'm winning that ebay bid at any rate :D

That's interesting, mine is a 2006 model and the two middle sensors on mine are in the chrome grill surround either side of the number plate.

I suppose they moved the postion of the sensors on later cars so only the bumper would need changing if someone ordered front sensors.

I've got four, two in the chrome grill surround either side of the number plate and two in the bumper under the headlights.

I've also got four at the back.

I do have 4 in the back, but only the 2 at the front. At least there only seems to be 2 "holes" at the front anyway - I'll have another look later - they work a treat anyway.

Unless I'm parked "nose in" to a wall or hedge in which case the sensors go nuts and just won't shut up!
