Hi all,
Trying to identify a problem with a friends vehicle. Its a 2002 Ford Galaxy which is virtually identical to the VW Sharan & Seat Alhambra I believe. The hazrads sometimes flash uncontrollably and the electric windows are sometimes temperamental. If the hazards start flashing they can be turned off by putting the windows down apparently. The random flashing of the hazards can be avoided if the indicators are left alone. As it kind of involves the windows, could it be something like the convenience unit which controls most of the electrics, like windows & central locking? (I'm assuming it has one, like my 1997 passat). Any other ideas?????
