Lambda sensor ?
or your CO pot is well out. Who tuned it?

As I told you this morning that I think it is the ECU. I tuned it by the way, the basic settings are dead on, the lambda sensor doesn’t operate from start up and the car is quite heavily modified with some "changes" I don't really like such as atmospheric dumping crank case ventilation and boost return. It only ever did it to me once and I am sure it is the re-mapped ECU’s cold running table.

if all the setting are right then it does sound like an ecu tuning issue.
i don't like the sound of the atmopheric boost return either.
i had issue with a chip in my g60 ( wish i'd kept it now ) and found it was over fueling from cold

(thought so)
I agree with you about the ECU maybe being at fault.
