Flooded A4

I am looking for a bit of help with my insurance company. In short my A4 flooded on the drivers side up to the level of the doors inside, (no sunroof, no open windows, all seats dry) the insurance company collected the car and after 4 weeks have said the problem is caused by a blocked drain in the windscreen scuttle and that this is a maintenance issue and therefore the car is not covered. I am hoping that Audi don't mention that the scuttle should be routinely cleared in their maintenance logs and therfore this is not a maintnenance issue that can have been foreseen etc. etc etc. Does anyone know where I might find Audi's maintenance schedules on line?

could always try ringing your local dealership and asking them also?
