Jetta demisting

Hi, had my Jetta 2.0tdi Sport since Oct 2006. real pain to demist all windows (screen in particular) when it's cold & damp. tried all settings with fan & heat - takes at least 5 mins to clear. RainX helps a bit but I've never had such a problem with a car even my Mk2 Jetta Gti. Any advice/suggestions before I visit a dealer. heater works OK and all levels are fine.

Hi teacher54 I have had this problem before but only on VAG cars. I use a squirt of Fairy on a damp cloth once or twice a week to keep things clear
Wipe over all windows that are affected and then let dry. I first used this on helmet visors years ago. Putting too much on is not a problem as it is easily wiped clean.
PS Also cheap for keeping the inside smelling nice
