i'd also say its too cheap.....there are quite a few on ebay, with similar miles if not more, for more cash aswell.

Try using the following link mate, http://www.theaa.com/cbg/home.jsp , click on the 'value my car' link and enter all the details.

Using the details you have given it says the trade in price is £3550 and the retail at a garage would be £5095. If selling privately they suggest a price midway between these figures which works out at approx £4325, so £4500 doesn't sound out of the way seeing as it has full VW service history.

Good luck with it!

have you given much thought to how much you are going to spend on your "smaller" car?
will it be as well specd?will it be much more economical than your passat?will it still only cost you £120 to tax it next year? will it still be running when your passat is still churning up the miles? regardless of how much you get for it,it's going to cost you to change.
you could spend that on a good holiday or two.

sorry dont understand?
Color or colour[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color#cite_note-0) is the visual perceptual (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_perception) property corresponding in humans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humans) to the categories called red, yellow, blue, black, etc. Color derives from the spectrum of light (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectrum_of_light) (distribution of light energy versus wavelength) interacting in the eye with the spectral sensitivities of the light receptors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photoreceptor_cell). Color categories and physical specifications of color are also associated with objects, materials, light sources, etc., based on their physical properties such as light absorption, reflection, or emission spectra.
Hope this helps

thats a very good price i would say!
ive done a lot of searching around and prices range from 4 to 5+k
so i would hope ive priced it competitive..always room for disscussion on price tho :p
like you say...it may be slightly newer model yours, but then you have to take into account the extras too...
