Brake Noise - 2005 new Jetta

I have a 2005 new Jetta, about 40K miles. I just replaced the rear brake bads and since then, when completing a tight turn, only on the freeway on ramps where its a 270 degree loop, just at the end of the turn there is a grinding noise and the ESP light comes on. Doesnt happen in left turns. Was there something I shoudl have been aware of when installing the rear brake pads? Is there something I can do now? Thanks.

could it be a bearing that only sounds when under load? i.e. when the weight transfers to that wheel when cornering? the fact you've done the pads may just be coinsidence.
