Wipers wont stop on VW passat

Hi

The wipers on my Dad VW passat wont stop.

We have had the stalked changed and its still the same.

Does any one have a diagram or pictures of how to find the relay switch for front wipers or a step by step guide.

It's in the Haynes manual. PM me your email and I can scan a copy for you if you like.

The relays are located by the steering column behind the lower fascia panel. It's pretty easy to remove - remove the fuse cover, undo 2 screws under this, then another 2 screws on the panel itself and pull off.

Thanks for the great info. My wipers are not stopping at 'ZERO' especially during damp/humid weather.
