I recently purchased a 1996 Audi A4. It had not been driven in a while. The floorboard was wet on passenger side and the TCM was also wet and did not work properly. Can anyone tell me where to purchase a reconditioned or new one at a reasonable price. Dealer quoted 1324.00. Thanks

Comes up a bit, only option is keep an eye on ebay or try calling about breakers & used parts suppliers. Google "Audi breakers" for example. They're not the cheapest things im afraid though, even 2nd hand! Make sure you clean out in the engine pay under the windscreen to stop it happening again!
