Hi there evri 1.I own a 1997 2.8 quattro.Over the past couple of weeks i've noticed that the brakes haven't been as sharp as they should be normally.When i start the car they seem to work well, but after applying them a couple of times i seem to have to pump them a fair bit to get them to work.Then today i pulled away and i found that as i applied the brake pedal there was nothing.After pumping them for 20-30 seconds i started to slow.I was told by a friend that maybe they need bleeding?I have had the car for 3 months now.The guy that i bought it off had new pads and discs 12 months earlier.I would be greatful for any help guys.:D
