1995 A4 Quattro - Heated rear screen switch

On my 1995 A4 Quattro, how is the switch for the heated rear screen removed from the dashboard?
The switch is stuck in the on position & the heated rear screen is on all the time that the ignition is switched on.

hi...
ui think u hav to remove the surround 1st...dat will den giv u access too all the switches...(hazard,windscrn and the blank switch)
to remove the panel, i used i thin blade flat screw driver...n carefully wedged it towards u...try aviod scratchin it...
