OK with my car looking like it will be sorted by the end of the week I want to move on and upgrade the car a bit.
A bit of info on my current set up first, I have a 1998 A4 tdi red eye.
It makes 155bhp with 222ft/lb torque and uses uprated .216 nozzles.
I am looking for around 170-180bhp but a much improved handling car.
Here is what I would like to add/change
-VNT 15 hyrbid tubro (need to get a spare and send it off to poland)
-Suspension (shocks & springs)
-Brakes (not sure on the route for these I have 288mm as std and not sure if drilled discs and performance pads are best or going up to 312mm discs)
-New big bore exhaust
-Old man air feed (not sure where to get one of these in the uk)
-Samco/silicones intercooler hosing
-S4 spoiler
Not sure if it is worth bunging a fmic on over the standard intercooler if I am gona stick with a vnt 15 allbeit a hyrbid one.
I know all that above is gona cost me a fair whack and some stuff can be ruled out or changed.
How does that sound to you guys?
