help with spark plugs on audi A6

I have a Audi A6 1996 I changed out the head gaskets before I did all this everything was fine the car statrted and everything.now that eveything is back together I am not getting any fire for the plugs?????????? I dont think the all the coil packs can go bad at the same time???????

Am I missing somethin here this is my first time with a Audi

I have exactly the same problem!! And retimed with the audi tool, this is on a 96 2.6 v6!!! Any help advice much appreciated!!! Garage is also scratching there heads!!
