Galvanized bodies

Hi new here, Im looking at a Audi Coupe this weekend M reg 111000 miles car as slight rust on the wheel arches, I thought the wings as well as the bodiy was galvanized can any one clarify this or has it been crashed.

Hi,
When i was looking for my Coupe i was told stay well clear of any that have rust as it screams repair job!! i could be wrong but there are pleanty of mint examples out there i would just hang on until one comes up.

I waited months to find mine but found an absolute gem in the end.

Galvanized is not rust proofed.
The age of these cars means that some are showing rust on the edge of the wheel arches due to wear and tear, not just due to accident damage.
