HI guys i posted a few days ago about my a4 3.0 tiptronic gearbox and had a reply from a well respected member of the forum.I iv found a guy with a second hand gearbox from a 3.0 A4 04 reg the same speck as mine the car had only done 7 or 9k the guy can not remember but it had not done a lot of milage the car had been totaled from a rear end crash. The engine and gearbox are both in perfect working order as he tells me my car is a 03 model and i would like to know if this gearbox will fit ok in my car my gearbox needs repearing and would cost twice as much.I allso need to know if anybody knows were in essex area i can get this gearbox fitted to my car.Any help would be very greatfully recived.:beerchug:
