I am about to by my new Golf and I am being offered 0% finance on a new car. Details are:
30% deposit
Term: 48 months
This works out as an effective discount off the car of 9.9% or in real terms on a Bluemotion with extras with a list of £17,307, the effective cash discount today is £1,707.60 which is massive!
This tells me it is a real buyers market at the moment so if you are buying new make sure you haggle for every penny!
