Hi guys (and ladies?)

Just joined your forum after searching for information about clutches for my Bora via Google. First time I've EVER taken part in an online forum so please be patient.

Its a 150 TDi and I absolutely love it. HOWEVER, the clutch has started slipping under heavy acceleration (i.e quite often) and I need to understand the extent of work to repair - i.e do I also need to replace the flywheel. The engine code is ARJ I think???

Anyway, I'll go place my question in the forum 'proper' and see how helpful you guys can be.....

Best to change them both. Duel mass flywheels can be a right pain in the bottom! especially 200 miles down the road on your new clutch (gearbox off again time) You can buy an SMF flywheel (single mass) Which is an improvement over the duel mass flywheel.
