fuel problem

Hi - am new member - my P reg a4 tdi estate starts from cold ok but when warm it just fires up then dies away after 2 secs - can do this up to 20 tiimes then I have to leave it till stone cold again, NOT handy for wife's shopping would welcome any suggestions?

Hi I think it is the ECU temp sensor which needs replacing,but you will need a diagnose read out to confirm it.
