kjet exhaust maniold 4 branch

Hi ive jus bought a 4 branch manifold for my 1987 golf mk2 8v gti. Can any 1 give me any advice on fitting as it looks like a rite b@st@rd of job because you have to remove the inlet and cant see the bolts!!!! And the exhaust manifold bolts look pretty rusty!!!!!

Grab yourself a haynes manual, should be able to give you some good instructions. If I remember, the manifold downpipe is the biggest bugger to remove from the exhaust without the special VW tool. I hear quite a few people reccomend renewing the exhaust too, or at least the frontmost peice.
