mk5 wing mirrors!

hey guys!! just bought a mk5 gti, and yesterday the electric wing mirrors worked fine but the next day I tried to use them and nothing they just don't move!!!! :1zhelp: can't think what it could be is there another switch?!...

I've had that problem a couple of times.

The way I cured it was:

1/ Turn the ignition on or start the engine.

2/ Turn the selector to "0", then slowly go through 360° stopping at each position for about 5 secs, first c/wise & then anti c/wise or v.v which ever you prefer & it usually works.
