Lupo door lock

Hi,
How do I change the barrel lock on the driver's door on my w-reg Lupo 1.0? Lock jammed key in and is stuck off-centre.:1zhelp:. I would clearly like to keep same key for replacement - cost for barrel quoted as £43 + VAT. Is this about right for new. Car does not have central locking.
