front suspension arms

i got a full set of arms offa ebay from Germany - looking at the top 2 arms on the car the left one has the bolt head right next to the cars body and looks nigh on impossible to get out - do i need to remove the complete leg and top turret to remove this bolt.:aargh4::biglaugh:

so i take out the bolt holding the shocker to the middle arm , then unbolt the top turret , removing the whole unit from the car basically ?????
