How is it that you can buy a new Golf GTI Mk4, spend another 5k on servicing over the life time and they insist on charging you £10 to tell you a key fob doesn't work, £40 to remove a car seat even though they'll get £50 to reconfigure the system? It seems to me that Inchcape Telford are clouded by short term gain instead of keeping me as a customer in the long term, who would probably buy a new VW from them - go figure. My suggestion is buy elsewhere.:zx11:
