Hi I am in a 55 2.0 TDI SE on long service intervals.

I get about 18k-20k between services, which is great. Question is, I am approching 65k and was wondering if I should start considering things like cambelts, clutches etc. I had a brake fluid change at 51k so thats out of the way.

Is it worth taking up an extended warrenty?

Any pointers?

TIA

On B6`s cambelts on diesel`s need changing at 80,000 miles at £400.00 notes to do at your *******...clutches can last up 200,000 plus..depending on type of driving ie motorway etc anyway your warranty wouldnt cover clutches or cambelts..personally warranty are a waste of money with so many get out clauses they dont pay out when things go ..save your money and get it remapped:biglaugh: and then take out a warranty;):biglaugh:
