Fit Replacement Radio

I have a 2002 sharan 1.9tdi and would like to replace the radio with a DAB radio. Is it possible to do this as a diy job or will I need to go to the local Halfords and get them to do it.

its normally a ease job but you may need to buy a adapter for your new rradio to the old wiring loom as there is an amp built in to run the speaker sys. might be a good idea to let halfords do the job then you should get a guarantee for there work if you get any probs, cant cost to much. they might even do free fitting if you boy it from them.
