Hi all.

Complete newbie A4 owner here.

Just bought a V6 2.6 A4 Avant 1996. All seems ok and im really impressed with the car. (touch wood).

Would be interested to know anyone locally with VAG COM that could do an 'overhaul' to see if there is snything major wrong.

Hi

I am from The Dudley area (Wallheath). A few A4 questions now I have had the car a bit.

I have the A4 avant 2.6 V6 P-Reg.

There is no key fob for the central locking.

Can one be fitted easily?
Does the car have an immoboliser as standard? How do I know if one is fitted to my car? - When locking the horn sounds for about 1/2 second
The door locks seem stiff when opening and closing is this a vacum pump problem?
