Steve - have a look at my post regaring bluetooth and MMI. Suggest trying the Nokia 6500 Classic, which seems to provide full functionality on my few months old A8.

Thanks

I have got my 6233 working now - upgraded the phone software.

All is now fine except it keeps loosing the bluetoth connection and the auto answer won't work

I have switched back to an old 6230i handset that supports rSAP.

Phone book transfers OK and the connection is completly stable - not dropped out once.

Auto answer still doesn't work and the call logs on the handset don't transfer across to the car?

Thinking of a new N95 - anyone have experience of this on an MMI high?

Does all the functionality work properly (I khow that only the SIM memory will transfer and not the phone)

Regards

Not had any problems with dropping out using the 6500 and, although the phone book takes a short while to transfer across, it does so in full - both SIM and phone memories.

Interestingly, the calls logged before connected by Bluetooth don't transfer from the phone to the MMI, even though they did with my old Motorola... Still, impressive to see text messages displayed on the car screen :D
