Spark plugs for A4 1.8 non-turbo

Hi.

What brand of spark plugs would people recommend for a 2000 A4 1.8 non-turbo?

Does any one know what type and brand Audi use for this engine.

Does any recommend an alternative that might perform better than the origial Audi plugs?

Any help would be appreciated.
