i have a 2001 passat 1.8t, anyone know any where in the southampton area that will remap the ecu and what can i expect from it?

hi will probably have to wait until january, im a chef and its the silly season at the mo, doing all sorts of stupid hours.
do i need to book? how long does it take and where do i need to go?
