I've recently found I have leaking power steering fluid on my 1994 A4 which I'm topping up with CHF 11S fluid. I have also bought some Wynns automatic transmission and power steering 'Stop Leak' fluid, but from the details on this I am not sure if it's compatible with the transmission fluid used in the A4.
Also I looked in Halfords for equivalent fluid to the CHF 11S but cannot determine which fluid is compatible.
I'm currently topping up the fluid every week, but I want to try the Wynns fluid before taking it to a garage.
Can use Wynns?
Can I use an equivalent power steering fluid to CHF 11S from Halfords?
