287k miles caddy..should I?

Any tips or thoughts on a caddy(P reg sdi)
I`ve been told if looked after they will run to 500k miles!

Should I consider it?

Yeah, those engines are great and used in everything VAG, so getting a replacement lump shouldn't be a worry. Not sure about the 500k. Depends on how much of a bargin it is.

Its very clean and on offer for 650.

I will try for less....


Decent caddy`s are around 1000 to 1200...although a lot less miles.
