Hi, wasn't sure where to ask this but here it is anyway.
Does anyone have any experience with converting older vehicles such as the mk1/2 golf to LPG. I assume it can be done no problem but my wonder is whether or not the emissions will be significantly reduced. I'm trying to sort out a car which is exempt from the congestion charge and would like to know if an 'old' converted car is likely to meet the emission regulations (which are the EU IV regulations I think).
Would be great to hear from anyone who knows anything about this.
Oh and the reason I to do it with an early golf is because I love them and not because they are cheap (cos they aren't!).
Thanks!
