Rear door insulation and panel removal

I am hoping one of the knowledgeable people in the forum may be able to help me. My Passat was being dealer serviced and returned to me when the driver was in a crash wiping out the rear panel and doors. After a lengthy period the car was fixed and returned but the rear panel insulation was not fitted and it sounds like no insulation was fitted in the rear door as it sounded like just tin when shut or tapped. The dealer has now told me there is not any insulation and is they way it is supplied...

How do I remove the door panel without busting the clips......

Any help much appreciated. I would like to get it near to way it was before dealer took it away for service.
