I have a 1996 A6 Quattro with a 2.8L motor

I scanned for faults and received the DTC's listed below. I replaced the O2 sensor on the drivers side after the converter. I cleard the code but it came back right away. These are the only faults that show up.

It should be noted that I bought the sensor with the plug and the wiring under the car and the plug has no corrosion.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what i should look at next?

I did find a technical service bulletin that indicated I should check fuse S73 but I am unable to figure out where this fuse is. In addition, according to the wiring diagram this fuse supplies power to both sensors and I'm only getting a fault form one.

This vehicle has two new converters
