Loss of internet access

I purchased a Cubic Telecom data plan (Pan European 90 Day 15 GB) on 31/07/2020 and which is still valid

However, when I now connect to the vehicle hotspot, I no longer have an internet connection

I have reset the MMI and tried the connectivity from three different mobile phones

Any ideas?

I have discovered that my online services were all turned off, switching them on appears to have fixed the internet access issue
I am not certain how they got turned off or why they impact internet access!

Guessing simply a SW glitch.

I've had this a few times, including Google maps no longer showing satellite images.
