It's a 2001 A4 (B6) 1.8T Quattro Sport.
Please, please, please can someone tell me why my ESP warning light occasionally comes on? It's an intermittant fault whereby it will come on for no good reason. If you are idling in traffic it may stall, it may not! If your driving along at speed it just stays on for a few miles and then goes out.
The stalling used to be more of an issue than it is now. This may be since looking at the fault codes on the diagnostics I've changed the steering sensor (most recently) and the mass air filter. Still the damn light comes on.
Anyone else had this? Any input would be appreciated.
