i cant do it captin i need more power

i have a y reg bora with a 115 bhp 1.9 engin and i want to know if anyone has any idea what i can get the ecu remaped to with out causing any extra strain on the engin and if i wanted to take it higher what would i have to do. lots a questions i know also would it be better to just get a chip which would rais the bhp to 148 which aint bad but i wanna know if i can do betta
