Accelerator Pedal

Hello, Can anyone one advise me how to remove the accelerator pedal, I have managed to remove the single bolt from the side near the top of the pedal but something appears to be holding the lower section at the hinge point to the floor.

i need some help on removing the gas pedal as well , can someone give me some advice plz ?

I think its just clipped in. Had to change mine some time ago and remember getting it out without much fuss.

If you have the bolt out, working from the back of the peddle assembly, prise with flat bladed screw driver and it should come free, unclip connecter and it should come out cleanly.

There is a special tool required to remove the throttle pedal. It has two blades on it that fit into slots on the base of the pedal to release it. You could probably use a couple of thin screw drivers to do the same job.
