Hello all,
I was hoping someone could help me with a lock problem. My lock paddle broke on my mk3 golf and have to replace it, along with the lock barrel and chamber with the new modified parts.
I have to dismantle the drivers side lock barrel and replace it for a new one. I have got a new lock paddle, barrel and springs etc. I have taken the lock barrel out the handle but can not seem to be able to get the silver bit at the end (where the key goes in) to come off. It seems like it just pops off but i can't do it without damaging it. Can any one help with this?:confused:
