Brake broblem

ive just spent the weekend fixing the roll bar arms only to find the brakes has gone, when braking they seem a little spongy, if i take my foot of and put the bakes on again the pedal is hard and i have no brake, could it be the vaccum pump gone or the hose that goes from the servo to the pump failed. can any one help? cheers

I was just to ask almost the same. Once ore twice a year between autumn and winter when its dump and then freezing -10 the brakepedal has had same strange noise and the brake is bitting at once. When I have drived for about 15 minutes it has became normal again.
Yesterday we had snowstorm all day and today +5 degrees. After 1 km drive today the brakepedal was really hard, no servo at all. It lasted for the 500 meters to a store and when I left the store it was again normal, smoot and nice.
Live in Finland and dont understand all words so make it simple, thanks.:D
